(a) A Department of Workforce and Small Business Development is established in and for the City. The Department shall consist of a Director, which position shall be known as the Workforce and Small Business Development Coordinator, and such other officers and employees as may be determined from time to time by Council. The Department shall be under the supervision of the Coordinator.
(b) The Workforce & Small Business Development Coordinator shall be under the supervision of the Mayor, shall be responsible for the management of all workforce and small business matters, and other duties, as requested by the Mayor.
