225.01   DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNICATIONS
   (a)   A Department of Communications is established in and for the City. The Department shall consist of a Director, which position shall be known as the Public Information Officer, and such other officers and employees as may be determined from time to time by Council. The Department shall be under the supervision of the Public Information Officer.
   (b)   The Public Information Officer shall be under the supervision of the Mayor, shall be responsible for the coordination and dissemination of all City communications and public information, and shall perform such duties as requested by the Mayor.
