SECTION 28.1. OHIO OPEN MEETING LAW TO BE FOLLOWED

Notwithstanding other provisions in this Charter, all meetings of Council shall be conducted in accordance with the State of Ohio Meeting Law for public bodies. (Enacted 11-3- 98)
