870.05   JUDICIAL RELIEF.
   Any person aggrieved by a violation of any provision of this chapter may at any time within one year from the date of the alleged violation apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for appropriate relief including, but not limited to:
   (a)   Injunctive relief or an order otherwise compelling compliance with this chapter;
   (b)   Compensatory damages and/or punitive damages;
   (c)   Reasonable attorneys' fees and costs to the complainant;
   (d)   Such other or further relief as is appropriate for the enforcement of this chapter and elimination of violations thereof.
