Any person who causes or maintains a property found to be a public nuisance in violation of this Code shall be required to register the property with the Drug House Nuisance Administrator for a registration fee of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) and provide proof of insurance on the premises or must post a bond sufficient to cover administrative costs associated with the abatement of the nuisance, as determined appropriate by the Drug House Nuisance Administrator. Registration requirements shall continue until the Drug House Nuisance Administrator determines that the public nuisance has been abated. Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00) of the registration fee may be refunded upon timely completion of and full compliance with the initial abatement plan.
