The Director of Law is authorized to commence a civil action in the Common Pleas Court of Allen County requesting an order of the Court enforcing Abatement Orders, including but not limited to, orders of sale, orders to demolish, and orders to rehabilitate. The Law Director is further authorized to seek other remedies such as receivership or foreclosure actions on the property. In any civil proceeding involving real estate, due notice shall be given to all lienholders of record against the subject property.
