(A) Any person or entity named in a notice or order issued by the Drug House Nuisance Administrator pursuant to authority of this Code may appeal to the Public Nuisance Appeals Board.
(B) The Drug House Nuisance Administrator shall take immediate action in accordance with the decision of the Public Nuisance Appeals Board.
(C) Any person or entity (including the Drug House Nuisance Administrator) adversely affected by a ruling or order of the Public Nuisance Appeals Board, shall have the right to appeal to the appropriate court in the manner and time required by law, following the filing of the decision of the Board in the office of the Drug House Nuisance Administrator and appropriate service thereof to the affected parties.
