2024.03   FUTURE DRUG ACTIVITY; COMPLIANCE AND NONCOMPLIANCE
   (A)   If the owner complies with the Nuisance Abatement Order, and there is future drug activity with a new tenant, the Administrator shall conduct a new investigation pursuant to this Code.
   (1)   If there are no circumstances to indicate the owner knew or should have known of possible drug activity, a new Nuisance Abatement Order shall be issued.
      (2)   If there are circumstances to indicate owner knew or should have known of possible drug activity, he shall so notify the Law Director who shall determine the appropriateness of legal proceedings to be instituted in accordance with this Code, and take all necessary action thereunder.
   (B)   If the owner fails to comply with the Nuisance Abatement Order, and there is future drug activity with the same or a new tenant, the Administrator shall conduct a new investigation pursuant to this Code. If there are circumstances to indicate the owner knew or should have known of possible drug activity, he shall so notify the Law Director who shall determine the appropriateness of legal proceedings to be instituted in accordance with this Code, and take all necessary action thereunder.
