(A) The Nuisance Abatement Order issued pursuant to this Code shall include the following provisions:
(1) The owner must register the Drug House with Lima Police Department and pay a $500 annual fee, until such time as the Drug House is removed from the registration list by the Administrator or the Public Nuisance Appeals Board.
(2) The owner must begin proceedings to evict the existing tenants or occupants involved in the illegal drug activity.
(3) New tenants must have a Lima Police Department (LPD) background check.
(4) New tenants must be given a written lease prohibiting illegal drug activity.
(5) The owner or his agent must physically inspect the house once every three months for potential drug activity, Property Maintenance Code violations, and unauthorized tenants. The owner must file the inspection reports with LPD within 10 days of the inspection.
(6) Any other factors the Administrator determines are reasonably related to the abatement of the nuisance under the particular circumstances.
