(A) Drug House. A “Drug House” is any premises or structure within which, or upon the grounds of, illegal drug activity has taken place, as shown by a preponderance of the evidence, regardless of whether there has been any criminal conviction in a court of law for such activity.
(B) Illegal Drug Activity. Illegal Drug Activity means any conduct which would constitute a violation of any provision of Ohio Revised Code Chapter 2925 or any similar provision of any federal or local law, regardless of whether there has been a criminal conviction for the same activity.
(C) Public Nuisance. Any structure or premise which is determined to be a Drug House under this Code is hereby determined to be a public nuisance, subject to the abatement procedures set forth in this Code.
