2010.02 POWERS AND DUTIES.

The Board of Public Nuisance Appeals shall adopt, from time to time, such rules and regulations as it may deem necessary to carry into effect the provisions of the Drug House Nuisance Abatement Code. A quorum shall consist of three members. Upon request from any affected person, the Board shall hear and decide appeals from and shall review any order, requirement, decision or determination made by the Drug House Nuisance Administrator in the administration of the Drug House Nuisance Abatement Code.
