2010.01 CREATION; MEMBERSHIP.

(A) There is hereby created a Board of Public Nuisance Appeals in and for the City. Such Board shall consist of five residents of the City, each to be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by Council, for terms of three years.

(B) There is hereby created the position of Clerk to the Board of Public Nuisance Appeals, which shall be filled as determined by the Chief of Police.
