2008.04   REGISTRATION.
   Any person who causes or maintains a property found to be a public nuisance, pursuant to and in violation of this Code, shall be required to register the property with the Public Nuisance Administrator for a registration fee of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) and provide proof of insurance on the premises or must post a bond sufficient to cover costs associated with demolition, as determined appropriate by the Public Nuisance Administrator. Registration requirements shall continue until the Public Nuisance Administrator determines that the public nuisance has been abated. Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00) of the registration fee may be refunded upon timely completion of and full compliance with the initial abatement plan.
