2002.03 EXISTING REMEDIES.

The provisions of this Code shall not be construed to abolish or impair existing remedies or the jurisdiction of city officers or departments relating to the removal or demolition of any structure which is dangerous, unsafe or unsanitary or relating to violations and orders regarding property maintenance or building code requirements.
