1804.17 AUTHORITY OF CODE OFFICIAL GENERALLY.

The Code Official shall enforce all of the provisions of this Code. The Code Official is also authorized to enforce the provisions of subsections (A), (R), and (S) of Section 452.03 of the Codified Ordinances of Lima.
