(A) No person shall smoke or hold a lighted cigar, cigarette or pipe, or use any spark, match or flame-producing device, in or on a bed in any hotel, dormitory or rooming or lodging house.
(B) The manager or person in control of every hotel, dormitory and rooming or lodging house shall cause to be conspicuously displayed durable signs containing a copy of the provisions of subsection (a) hereof in each sleeping room thereof.
