1604.04 AUTHORITY TO INSPECT.

None of the provisions of this chapter or the Fire Prevention Code shall interfere with the authority of the Chief of the Fire Department, the members of the Department or any State official to inspect any buildings or premises within the City under such authority as may be granted by law.
