(A) Unless otherwise specifically provided in these Codified Ordinances, all permits approved by the Fire Prevention Bureau, shall be issued under the authority of the Ohio Fire Code and regulated consistent with the procedures and conditions required thereunder.
(B) Annual permits shall be obtained for all required fire suppression, hood suppression (commercial cooking), and fire alarm systems. Applications shall be submitted to the Licensing and Permit Clerks by June 1st of each calendar year and shall contain information consistent with that which is required for the Annual Inspection Tag or as otherwise required by the Fire Prevention Bureau.
