1470.11   RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   The Electrical Inspector shall have the right, during reasonable hours, to enter any building in the discharge of his official duties or for the purpose of making any inspection, reinspection or test of the installations of electric wiring, devices, appliances and equipment contained therein. He shall have the authority to cut or disconnect any wire, in case of an emergency where such action is necessary for the safety of life and property or where such wire may interfere with the work of the Fire Department. No person shall interfere with the Electrical Inspector in the performance of his official duties.
