The position of Electrical Inspector is hereby established. The Electrical Inspector shall be appointed from the classified service of the City as shall any assistant electrical inspector. The position of clerk to the Electrical Inspector may be created by Council. The Electrical Inspector and his assistants and clerk shall be under the supervision of the Building Commissioner and shall be directly responsible to such official.
