1468.07   TEMPORARY WORKING PERMIT.
   (A)   The Building Commissioner may issue a temporary working permit to a journeyman electrician having a valid license issued by another political subdivision, when such license was issued after such journeyman electrician successfully completed a test based on the National Electrical Code. Such temporary permit shall be valid for a period of sixty days and only one such permit shall be issued to any one person in any calendar year.
   (B)   An application for a temporary permit shall be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of fifty dollars ($50.00). In the event that a journeyman electrician holding a valid permit makes an application to take the City examination for a license, no additional fee shall be charged.
