1460.99   PENALTY.
   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any provision of this Electrical Code, or causes or permits such violation, or fails, neglects or refuses to obey any order, decision or rule of the Electrical Inspector or the Building Commissioner made under the authority of this Electrical Code for which no penalty is otherwise provided, or whoever, upon applying for a license or registration under this Electrical Code, makes any false statements as to his experience or other qualifications, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than sixty days, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
