1412.09 WARNING INDICATOR REQUIRED.

The person who obtains the permit for a dumpster shall ensure that the dumpster has retroreflective material attached to it that is at least a two inch wide band at a length and height that clearly delineates the shape and width of the dumpster, including the four corners for maximum visibility.
