(A) Excluding demolition, whoever Alters any Structure or causes New Construction in violation of this Chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined $75.00 for each day the violation continues. Each day of violation shall be deemed a separate and distinct violation for as long as one (1) year. The City may also seek an injunction to stop any unlawful work.
(B) Whoever demolishes any exterior feature of any Structure in violation of this Chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and fined $100.00 for each day the violation continues. Each day of violation shall be deemed a separate and distinct violation for as long as two (2) years. The City may seek an injunction to stop any unlawful demolition.
(C) Any owner who allows for the deterioration of an historic property through neglect or negligence shall be deemed to be guilty of a minor misdemeanor fined $50.00 a day for each day the violation continues. Each day of violation shall be deemed a separate and distinct violation for as long as one (1) year.
