(A) Except as may be specifically provided in this Building Code, no provision of the Planning and Zoning Code or any other law pertaining to the location, use or construction of buildings shall be nullified by the provisions of this Building Code. In any case, the stricter standard shall control the construction, equipment or location of a building or structure. All existing local ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with the provisions of this Building Code are hereby repealed.
(B) No building permit shall be issued for any construction in violation of any of the provisions of the Planning and Zoning Code. An appeal from the decision of the Building Commissioner to dens a building permit due to a violation of any of the provisions of the Planning and Zoning Code shall be directed to the Board of Adjustment.
