1065.26 COMPENSATORY ACTION.

In lieu of enforcement proceedings, penalties, and remedies authorized by this Chapter, the City Engineer may impose upon a violator voluntary alternative compensatory actions, such as storm drain stenciling, attendance at compliance workshops, creek cleanup, etc.
