(A) No person shall use any type of bicycle, skateboard, roller skates or roller blades on any City park equipment or apparatus without wearing a safety helmet and knee and elbow padding, and as otherwise in accordance with any safety provisions as established and posted by the Director of Public Works.
(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each act or for each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
