(A) Other than as set forth in division (b) below, all ponds or lakes located within a city park may be fished only with a single-line fishing pole, and no person shall use a trap, net, or other device to kill or remove any fish, frog, turtle, snake, or other amphibian or reptile from any such lake or pond.
(B) Schoonover Lake may be fished in accordance with the general fishing laws of the State of Ohio.
(C) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each act or for each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
