The public parks within the City shall be open to the public between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. daily. No person shall enter upon, or be in, any portion of any public park during any hour when such park is not open to the public, unless such person is present within the park attending a scheduled activity of the Parks, Recreation and Forestry Division of the Department of Public Works of the City.
