(A) No person shall drive or park any vehicle upon any portion of a public park within the corporate limits other than on driveway areas designated as such.
(B) No person shall drive or operate any vehicle in any public park within the corporate limits at a rate of speed in excess of fifteen miles per hour.
(C) No person shall park any vehicle, after sunset of each day, upon certain parking areas in Faurot Park, as designated in the office of the City Engineer.
(D) Any vehicle in violation of the parking provisions herein shall be subject to being impounded according to the provisions of Section 404.16 of the Traffic Code.
(E) The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to erect and maintain appropriate signs along the public drives in such parks in conformity with the provisions of this section.
