1054.12 ADJUSTMENTS TO STORMWATER SERVICE CHARGES.

Increase adjustments (debit) can be made to non-residential service charges by parcels owners adding additional impervious area such as rooftops, parking lots, driveways and walkways. Decrease (credit) adjustments can be made to non- residential service charges by parcels owners performing activities that reduce the impact of stormwater runoff to the stormwater system.
