(a) A charge of twelve cents ($.12) per gallon shall be made for disposal of compatible waste and shall increase as recommended by the Director and approved by the Mayor.
(b) Any wastewater containing fats, oils, or grease delivered to the treatment plant and accepted for treatment shall be charged at the rate of thirty-two cents ($0.32) per gallon and shall increase as recommended by the Director and approved by the Mayor.
(c) A permit fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be payable when a permit is issued to a septic tank or liquid waste hauler. Permits shall be issued for a specified time period, not to exceed three years. The Director may revoke a waste hauler permit for just cause, such as, but not limited to, falsification of waste source or composition.
