(a) Residential Rates:
(1) Effective January 1, 2022 in accordance with Appendix A , which follows and is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
(2) Effective January 1, 2023 in accordance with Appendix B, which follows and is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
(3) Effective January 1, 2024 in accordance with Appendix C, which follows and is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
(b) Non-Residential Rates and Charges. The standard minimum charge for waste water service measured by water meter non-residential users discharging the first 300 cubic feet per month shall be as follows:
(1) Effective January 1, 2022 in accordance with Appendix A, which follows and is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
(2) Effective January 1, 2023 in accordance with Appendix B, which follows and is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
(3) Effective January 1, 2024 in accordance with Appendix C, which follows and is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
(c) Additional Volume Charge. In addition to the minimum charges prescribed above there shall be paid the following charges per 100 cubic feet for all water used in excess of 300 cubic feet per month:
(1) Effective January 1, 2022 in accordance with Appendix A, which follows and is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
(2) Effective January 1, 2023 in accordance with Appendix B, which follows and is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
(3) Effective January 1, 2024 in accordance with Appendix C, which follows and is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
(d) Measured Meter Charges. Charges for use measured by wastewater meters, such as Parshall flumes, magnetic meters, venturi meters, etc., shall be computed as follows:
(1) Effective January 1, 2022 in accordance with Appendix A, which follows and is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
(2) Effective January 1, 2023 in accordance with Appendix B, which follows and is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
(3) Effective January 1, 2024 in accordance with Appendix C, which follows and is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
(e) EPA Mandates. In addition to the charges above, the charges to assist in covering the costs related to EPA mandates shall be computed as follows:
(1) Effective January 1, 2022 in accordance with Appendix A, which follows and is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
(2) Effective January 1, 2023 in accordance with Appendix B, which follows and is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
(3) Effective January 1, 2024 in accordance with Appendix C, which follows and is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
