1036.10 RECOVERY OF COSTS; USE OF REVENUE.

All costs recovered under this chapter shall be used to reimburse the Department for its costs incurred in responding to applications and monitoring installation and maintenance of wireless communications facilities in the right-of-way pursuant to this chapter.
