882.06 PAYMENT OF INCENTIVE.

Incentive Payments are payable only after the Qualifying New Payroll has been maintained for one full calendar year. The Auditor shall pay to the Qualified Owner and/or Qualified Business and/or Qualified Developer the amount of the Incentive Payment as set forth in the contract, as approved by the Mayor.
