882.05 AUTHORITY OF MAYOR TO CONTRACT.

(A) The Mayor is hereby granted the authority to enter into incentive payment contracts on behalf of the City with such owners, developers and/or businesses pursuant to this Chapter.

(B) No contract for Incentive Payments shall last more than five (5) years.
