(A) No trailer camp or tourist camp shall be located in any fire zone or residential district of the City.
(B) No trailer or tourist camp shall be located within the limits of the City unless City water and sewer connections and fire protection facilities are available.
(C) No occupied trailer camp cottage, cabin cottage, cabin or other building shall be located within the City limits within the recognized setback line for the zoning district in which such trailer or cabin is located, nor less than ten feet from another building or vehicle of the boundary line of the tract on which it is located.
