856.01   DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   (A)   "Automobile trailer," "trailer coach" and "trailer," except a multisectional manufactured home, mean any vehicle or structure so designed and constructed as to permit occupancy thereof as sleeping quarters for one or more persons, or the conduct of any business or profession, occupation or trade, or use as a selling or advertising device, and so designed that it is or may be mounted on wheels and used as a conveyance on highways or City streets, propelled or drawn by its own or other motive power, except a device used exclusively upon stationary rails or tracks.
   (B)   "Trailer camp" means any park, trailer park, trailer court, court, camp, site, lot, parcel or tract of land designed, maintained or intended for the purpose of supplying a location or accommodations for any trailer coach and upon which any trailer coach is parked. The term includes all buildings used or intended for use as part of the equipment thereof, whether a charge is made for the use of the trailer camp and its facilities or not. The term does not include automobile or trailer sales lots on which unoccupied trailers are parked for purposes of inspection and sale.
   (C)   "Tourist camp" means any park, tourist park, tourist court, camp, court, site, lot, parcel or tract of land upon which one or more camp cottages, cabins or tents are located and maintained for the accommodation of transients by the day, week or month, whether a charge is made or not.
   (D)   "Unit" means a section of ground in a trailer camp of not less than 1,000 square feet of unoccupied space in an area designated as the location for only one automobile and one trailer.
   (E)   "Cabin plot" means a section of ground not less than 1,000 square feet in area upon which only one camp cottage or cabin is located.
   (F)   "Multisectional manufactured home" means two or more sections of a manufactured dwelling constructed and approved according to the U.S.C. Government standards cited in 42 U.S.C. 5401 through 5426, and delivered to and jointed at the site to form a dwelling. A multisectional manufactured home shall be constructed to the design and specification standards of a manufactured home as set forth in the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 24, Parts 3280, 3282 and 3283, and 42 U.S.C. 5401 et seq. Such multisectional manufactured home shall have a minimum of the following:
      (1)   A roof pitch of not less than two and one-half inches per twelve inches;
      (2)   Roofing shingles;
      (3)   Hardboard panel siding or lap siding;
      (4)   An overhang of not less than eight inches front (door side) and rear; and
      (5)   Sections of equal outside dimensions.
