(A) Before a taxicab license is issued upon an original application or renewed, the vehicle shall display a current Ohio State Patrol safety inspection sticker. All taxicabs at all times shall display a current, valid Ohio State Patrol safety inspection sticker.
(B) In addition to all other applicable provisions of this chapter, no license shall be issued to, or renewed for, any driver or operator unless such driver or operator has first timely filed all appropriate City Income Tax Returns and paid all tax due thereunder.
