Applications for taxicab licenses shall be made to the Mayor upon blanks provided by the City and shall set forth the name and address of the applicant, the trade name under which he does business, the seating capacity, design, color scheme, lettering and marks to be used on the vehicles to be used, the motor number of each vehicle to be used, the location of the taxicab stand and such other information as may be required by the Mayor.
