848.04   LICENSE FEE FOR TRANSIENT RETAIL DEALERS.
   Any person engaged in the business of selling goods, wares, or merchandise at retail from hotel rooms or storerooms, at the entrance to hotel rooms or storerooms, from house to house, or upon the public streets for a period of sixty days or less and who has no regularly-established, bonafide place of business within the City shall be deemed a transient retail dealer and shall pay a license fee in the amount specified in Section 868.01 for each day.
