No person shall offer or give rewards or prizes of any kind based upon the score obtained or the result of the operation of any mechanical amusement device, redeem for cash, merchandise or other thing of value any token, slug or other evidence of the result of the operation of such device; or replay or permit to be replayed such device by means of any token, slug or other evidence of the result of the operation of such device. Any mechanical amusement device which is knowingly permitted to be used in violation of this section by the licensee or by the exhibitor thereof shall be subject to immediate seizure by any law enforcement officer of the City.
