No person, whether or not he is the holder of a license for a mechanical amusement device arcade, shall keep, exhibit, operate or permit to be kept, exhibited or operated for gain any mechanical amusement device between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. On each weekday or between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 12:00 noon on Sunday.
