832.01   DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   (A)   "Mechanical amusement device" means any machine or device which, as a result of the deposit of a coin, by and through an automatic or mechanical operation, affords amusement, whether or not accompanied by the automatic vending of any mints, candies, confections, pictures or other commodities, and which, by means of such operation, registers a score or indicates the results of such operation, whether or not accompanied by the return of tokens, slugs or any other evidence of the result of such operation.
   (B)   "Mechanical amusement device arcade" means any place containing three or more mechanical amusement devices wherein the operation of such devices constitutes the principal business carried on at such place.
