830.17 NUISANCE.

A violation of any provision of this chapter by a licensee is hereby determined to be a public nuisance, and the premises where the massage establishment is located shall be subject to abatement under Ohio R.C. 715.44, the Charter or any applicable provision of the Ordinances of the City of Lima, or any other law of the State of Ohio.
