828.03   APPLICATION.
   Each applicant for a license to engage in the business of a junk dealer shall file with the City License Clerk a written application upon a form prepared and provided by the City, signed and sworn to by the applicant before a notary public or other officer authorized to administer oaths in the City. The application shall state:
   (A)   The name and residence address of the applicant, if an individual, or, if a partnership, association, firm or corporation, the names and residence addresses of the principal officers;
   (B)   The nature of the business to be conducted and the kind of materials to be collected, bought, stored, kept, sold or otherwise handled; and
   (C)   The place where such business is to be conducted.
   Each application shall contain an agreement that the applicant accepts the license, if granted, upon the condition that it may be suspended or revoked for cause at any time by the Mayor as provided in Section 828.06. (1956 Code Sec. 551.03)
