818.19 AUTHORITY OF THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS.

   The Director is authorized to:

   (A)   Grant, renew, deny, suspend or revoke licenses according to the terms of this chapter;

   (B)   Collect fees for the application or transfer process according to the terms of this chapter;

   (C)   Promulgate and enforce any rules or regulations necessary to implement the provisions or purposes of this chapter.
