818.13 ACCESS BY PEACE OFFICERS AND DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS.

All peace officers of the City and/or the Director, or his designee, shall have free access to teen dances and the teen entertainment center when a dance or other form of entertainment is being conducted, for the purpose of inspection and to enforce compliance with the provisions of this chapter. The licensee must provide access to all peace officers and/or the Director, or his designee, whether the teen entertainment center is open for operation or not.
