809.07 APPLICATION TO CURRENT CABLE PROVIDERS.

Nothing in this Chapter shall apply to current cable providers at the time of passage of this Chapter until they are granted a Video Service Authorization in accordance with R.C. 1332.21-1331.34 et seq.
