Every person engaged in the business of operating a public billiard room, poolroom, or bowling alley for profit, or maintaining any billiard or pool table for profit, shall pay an annual fee in the amount provided in Section 868.01 for the first table or alley and in the amount provided in Section 868.01 for each additional table or alley. Such licensee shall abide by all provisions of this chapter and other ordinances pertaining to such businesses.
